Riot ogłosił, że w nocy z 11 na 12 marca 2015 roku nastąpi przerwa techniczna będzie ona spowodowana wprowadzeniem patcha 5.5 na serwery League of Legends.
Patch 5.5 zaplanowano na dzień 12.03.2015. O godzinie 3:00 dla NA, o 5:00 dla EUW, i 2:00 dla EUNE.
Oto wersja ogłoszenia przerwy technicznej z serwer NA:
“On 03/12/2015, starting at 01:30 PDT, ranked queues will be disabled in preparation for patch 5.5. At 03:00 PDT, the servers will be shut down and all games currently in progress will end in a draw and stats will not be recorded. We estimate the battlegrounds will be unavailable for 6 hours.”
